It works! Not the best phone call to get when your just about ready to leave for work but its worse if the cabin freezes. I've been having furnace issues at my vacation cabin. I set up this monitor and hoped it would never call. One week later there it was on my caller ID. I picked the up phone and sure enough I had a problem. The alarm is a weird sounding techno noise in the phone. I would of rather had a voice which is what I expected but it did the trick. Furnace is repaired and the alarm is set I hope it doesn't call again but its a piece of mind. Works as advertised and the price seems fair.
