I work from home a couple days a week and taking conference calls at the house can sometimes be a challenge without a good speakerphone. As an alternative I decided to purchase a good headset for when I have long calls. This unit worked great and the sound quality is excellent. In order to use it with my iPhone I had to purchase an adapter "Link Mobile Adapter Qd To 3.5MM". Be careful when ordering the adapter because they come in both 3.5mm and 2.5mm. As far as I know, all the iPhones have a 3.5mm headphone jack. In addition, some of the cheaper adapters only work with the speakers and not the mic so do some research before picking a cheaper adapter.All in all, it was a good purchase and makes it a lot easier to use the computer while on the phone.I use this headset to conduct interviews. It is very well made and seems like it will be durable. Sound quality and noise isolation are excellent. I find myself grabbing it instead of the handset for ordinary calls because of its clarity.I don't need a separate amplifier because my excellent Its a little on the expensive side, but all the nice headsets for desk phones are anyways. It has some serious adjustability to it, so be mindful that you will have to play with it to get it situated on your head properly, but it has great sound quality, and doesn't put too much pressure on your head. Jabra always makes quality headsets.We have a Center usually work for 8 hours per duty , they like so much.because the clarity of voice and it very light, and they caller will hear a very clear voice. but when I received it there was no QD cable which will the headset from one end , and the other end is for Cisco Phone.so I had to buy alone .I bought this to replace a 20 year old phone headset (along with a new amp) that had served me well. I've now had this for several months and it works very well. My hearing isn't as good as it was, so the dual ear headset improves my comprehension. Completely satisfied.I have tried so many headsets before this and so far my clients can clearly hear me. The negative aspect on this is the volume cannot be turn up. You need to be in a quite place otherwise would be challenging to hear, and I can hear perfectly fine.Works great! Sound clarity is excellent!Really puts you into the phone call. Great for noisy office environments.Downside is the fact you will need a special amplifier or "smart cord" (if using phone that has headset accessory jack) to plug this into your phone. That adds to the cost of an already pricy headset.
