This system is absolutely simple to install and amazing. Plug and play literally means just that. I was making and receiving calls in less than 10 minutes. It took me longer to rip out my Xblue system and trash it than it did to install this system. Most important is the first-class customer service. These folks actually pick up the phone as soon as you call and are verry helpful. In fact, they actually called me before the package was even delivered to help with setup and make sure I had a good internet connection. It has now been 2 days of using our new phone system and we are amazed with how much we can do with it. Highly recommend this product.Wow! Ring-U team is awesome! Jim, Mike, Blake … these guys go above and beyond to help me adjust the phone system to the way I need it to run! We’re a small restaurant that needed a phone system with auto attendant to take some pressure off of my staffs due to shortage of workers… so we don’t have to stand next to the phone constantly to attended when we don’t need to… it takes away all the annoying robo call and advertisements! And during busy hours, we were able to convert phone call to text and pass on delivery to third parties without picking up the phone! Speed is very important to us using caller ID… the team even went out of their way to talk to my POS provider to find out a solution to have caller ID shown on my POS system! And when my POS provider didn’t reply, the engineer from the team made a fix with a workaround! That alone just to show how much they care for what they do and their customers! Setup is easy, just call them up and they’ll help you setup in 15-30mins! There’s a learning curve if you’re like me who’s never used a VOIP system before but I think it’s actually fun to play around with it! It only took me a few times to figure out how it works… the key is to write down how it works for each features…. Thank you for a great system, you guys are truly problem solver!THE SHORT REVIEW: The phone system works and works well. If paired with the proper VOIP phones it truly is a plug and play system, which is amazing and can save hours of configuration time. The ability to manage and customize your virtual receptionist and options (without and IT guy) is great and very easy to use. Works for multiple locations that want to use the same phone system and same phone lines. Also connect your cellphone via a soft-phone app and its like your always at the office. Last but not least, the customer support is top notch. They always answer, and always are there to help even after normal business hours. GREAT PRICE AND GREAT PRICE STRUCTURE! (not the pay by the minute stuff)I operate a professional office with 2 office locations (30 miles apart) and 16 phones in the total setup. The ring-u system is working great so far and cost 1/6th the cost of another system we were quoted. $1,600 compared to $9,500 (and that's with 16 phones). A great part about the system is that it is easily customized to exactly how you want it, and if you have some unconventional ideas, customer support with help you think outside the box of how to do it. I customized the virtual receptionist to ring certain phones for the secretaries of office 1, secretaries of office 2, and all our specialized departments, and also give the option to leave voicemail for specific individuals. This has cut out a ton of time on the phones, and transfers clients to the right place. It also works well with softphone apps which allows your cellphone to act as if it is just another extension. Calling from your cellphone (through the app) also makes it appear that you are at the office using an office phone. Transferring calls, placing people on hold, and etc. all function as if you were at the office. Another feature that I love is the automatic voicemail to email. This paired with the option on our virtual receptionist, has basically turned phone calls into emails (which I deal with all day long). The phone system works over our vpn tunnel between the 2 offices and is therefore very secure. Again customer support is top notch. There were specific functions I was looking for and specific setup options needed due to our vpn, and Mike made those changes to their platform nearly on the spot. This system is working great for us now, and it literally cost 1/6th the price of our other professionally installed options. Call quality has been great, but we do pay for professional level internet bandwidth. Also after dealing with Mike I felt comfortable that I was sort of future proofed as when they update their system, I get the update without having to do anything. Also he spoke a features that they are working on so the platform can only grow from here. Also if it didn't work for me, I always had the VOIP phones that would work with most other systems. I would recommend this product to anyone that has business grade internet bandwidth and needs a good professional phone system. Thanks Ring-u!Absolutely everthing in their ad is true! Customer support is UNBELIEVABLE. First name basis with everyone there. They are knowledgeable and so helful. They follow through and actually check up on you to make sure everything is great. Easy to read instructions. Installation was a snap.... truly plug and play! Best decision I ever made.We purchased a full Ring-U system for a small medical clinic. Everything we were promised, Ring-U delivered on and more. What impresses me the most is their customer service. Due to issues unrelated to Ring-U, we had a minor problem when we initially tried to set up their system. Their technicians help me figure out what was wrong and how to fix it. As we continue to grown, Ring-U was there to help answer questions and assist us with with expanding the system. We moved a few months later, and again, they were ready to help answer all of my questions. Their hardware works just fine. Our office is occupied 6 days a week and I have complete faith that our Ring-U system will be there working without issue. The only issue I had installing the system, was understanding how to set up the voicemail. Being not very technically proficient, I would have saved time if I just asked a basic question. Once I did, the rest of the install went well.We ditched our expensive landline service for the Ring-U Hello Hub. BEST decision we have made! It has saved over $200/month. We currently are using the Grandstream DP720 cordless handsets along with the DP752 base station and it has worked wonderfully in our large industrial metal building. I no longer have to deal with ROBO Calls! It is VERY customizable. I love the Auto Attendant feature. All around Great Product!
