Item was not sealed as a new item should be. The opened box had sticker residue that is indicative of refurbished models.$455 is WAY too much for a unit that is not straight from Cisco NEW.My customer wouldn't accept this open box reburbed looking item. I need a REPLACEMENT sent that is ACTUALLY NEW in a new box that has never been opened. I'll happily return this falsely advertised unit.
