Ordered this speaker several times for the office. Best tool to have when your conference room audio fails.It's now becoming a standard to use.Small in size, great sound.Good Value and Sound QualityThe sound quality is great. Microphone sensitivity is also excellent. The USB Bluetooth dongle allows connection to business computers that either don't have Bluetooth or Bluetooth is disabled for security purposes. Works well with Microsoft Teams!Much better than cheaper brands. The extra cost was worth the quality. Not super loud but very clear.I bought this speaker to use with our Vibe board in the conference room as bluetooth speaker / mic has delay and echo issues. This was recommended from Vibe website and also figured having USB transmitter would be better. Using this speaker solves the problem of echo when in Zoom or Teams but the sound coming out has lots of static and is not easy to hear. I am not sure if I have defect product but I would NOT recommend this product.I've had one of these throughout the pandemic and currently use one daily. I typically plug in via USB as that is more stable than blue tooth. Not the greatest for music (have connected via my phone) but it works. I've even used this speaker in a conference room with 4..6 people. It seems to work better than the frisbee phones in those rooms. I haven't used the battery heavily but it has always lasted as long as I've needed it. Highly recommend one of these, especially for all of the video calls we are all on.As advertisedI bought this for home working. I was previously using a USB headset for both my PC and mobile. It was a faff switching and having to attach a lightning adapter to use on my iPhone. Also I find that I am on long conference calls a lot. This now means I don’t have to sit with a headset on for hours at a time. Volume is loud and the audio is crystal clear. Very happy with my purchase so far.Product is pretty good. It works, is easy to set up, and it's nice and light. The background noise is much lower than the built-in mic on my laptop or ipad, and when I dial into Bluejeans on my iPad I don't have the echo that people complain about when I use my iPad mic (which is why I bought it).The two marks against it: it has this annoying non-removable USB cable dangling off of it (can't it just have a micro USB input like everyone else?), and the microphone seems to suffer from Bluetooth interference or something in an office environment where my air pods have no problem. Maybe it's using an old version of Bluetooth? I wasn't able to find the version it uses anywhere.I have been using this Jabra Speak 510 Plus now for a few months and having previously used a Sennheiser model can confirm that this is the best Conference device i've used.The variant here includes a USB wifi adaptor. This is handy to remotely connect computers without Bluetooth to the device.It also acts as an excellent quality bluetooth speaker which packs quite a punch so far as volume is concerned. I have tested it with "Thus Spake Zarathustra" by Strauss (great test of range) - it handles the volume transitions well. I've also used it for Drum n Bass & Trance music. It handles the ranges very well for such a compact device.It's microphone pickup has quite an effective range and i have successfully used it in board room (long table) meetings of up to 12 people.Probably the best thing I have bought this yearGreat product.
