EDIT: I was able to get a hold of The company, I was actually able to talk to the owner he was very nice and gave me a free shipping label to return the defective para gloves and sent me a free replacement pair that are “updated”. Within a week of sending off the old pair, I had the new pair. So they were very quick about warranting them out. He also mentioned that he would recommend buying these gloves straight from their website. It’s easier for the warranty process, also I noticed they are a few dollars cheaper on their own website then on Amazon. The new pair are just as nice as the old pair the Velcro watch does appear to be a bit different than the old pair so hopefully they’ll stand up to the test of time. I have updated the review to four stars for the good customer service and the new pair seeming to being updated. I will update this if they is have the same fate as the first pair.First review: As much as I actually did like these gloves I have to give them one star due to The fact that the Velcro on the left glove is completely shot already and these gloves only have a handful of rides on them. I have reached out to Indy Ridge through email and I tried to call them but I have yet to get an answer. I do think it’s a factory defect on the left glove because the right glove’s Velcro still looks brand new and they both were used the same amount of times. But the fact that I paid $90 for pair of gloves I used probably six times and now I can’t even strap on the left glove is unacceptable. Other than this major issue, I hands-down love these gloves they were my favorite pair I found yet. The leather is soft and feels premium and overall feel great, but if you can’t even strap them on after a couple months they’re not that good then unfortunately. If Indy Ridge ever does get back to me I will update my review.
