Ooma Telo 4G VoIP Safety Phone - Reliable Home & Office Communication Device for Emergency Calls & Business Use

I bought the Ooma 4G, it was on sale with next day delivery for prime. My problem was that the Ooma device would not disconnect when the other party hung up. I would get an immediate dial tone, which, after 20-30 seconds, would become a busy signal, and then after an additional minute a different busy signal tone. Spoke with Ooma's customer support, bumped to level 2 support, bumped to level 3 support, level 3 then went to engineering. No solution, other than say I should hang up. Please read the other reviews. Ooma's customer support is pathetic. They follow their script and won't deviate even if you already tried their proposed troubleshooting prior to the call (e.g. reboot the device). They will try everything to get you to keep the device including offering their security package, recommend that you keep it for its faxing capability, sell it to a relative (really??). Amazon, however is great and Amazon's return process is very smooth and easy. I wish it would have worked as it would have saved me a lot of money in the future.
